Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Contact Authorized logistics partner (EMS) via the form:

Step 2: Transfer the product to the warranty center address:

  • Office in Hanoi: Unit 12A09, 17T7 Building, Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh Urban Area, Nguyen Thi Thap Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
  • Representative Office in Hochiminh: 5th flr, Songdo Building, No 62A Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, 3 District, Hochiminh City.

Step 3: After the product has been repaired/warranted, Authorized logistics partner (EMS) will contact the customer to pick up the goods or deliver them to the customer's address. Customers will bear shipping costs

1. Warranty product conditions:

  • If the product has a seal on the product, the seal must be intact.
  • For products with warranty on the box: the product has a complete box.
  • The product is not scratched, dented, broken, broken, or deformed compared to the original.

2. Products that do not qualify for warranty

  • Being scratched, warped, cracked, or broken by physical impacts during use.
  • Damaged due to arbitrarily opening, repairing, or changing the internal product structure without confirmation or supervision by a HACOM technician.
  • Damaged, short-circuited, or burned due to misuse, arbitrarily disassembled, or installed without following the instructions for use attached to the product.
  • Damaged by insects (mice, cockroaches, ants, termites...).
  • Damaged by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning strikes, rust, and environmental wear and tear.
  • Warranty period expired.
  • There is no seal, or it has been erased and is no longer in its original form.

3. Warranty Policy

A. 100% Good Condition
    • The product must have complete packaging and accompanying accessories, without any scratches.
    • Does not violate other warranty conditions and is not a consumable item.
    • During the first 15 days when an error arises from the manufacturer
B. Products receive warranty
    • From the 16th until the end of the warranty period, EMS commits to fix the problem and pay the warranty within 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, Tet and other pre-agreed cases).
C. In case the warranty is not possible or the warranty period is too long
    • Change to another unit: Change to another unit equivalent to the warranty product or a product with higher specifications at an agreed cost.
