Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund conditions

  • The customer has paid using a valid payment method and directly on the website
    • but has not received the product, or has not received all of the ordered products, or received products that are fake or counterfeit goods;
    • The product is defective or damaged during transportation;
    • Wrong product delivered.
  • Customer can submit a return/refund request within 07 (seven) days from the time the order is updated and successfully delivered.
  • Customer should note that they need to pack the goods intact, wrap them in waterproof plastic and return the product including all accompanying accessories, VAT invoice, warranty stamp (if any) and the product must be in good condition. intact as when received. Customer are required to record a video or take photos of the product immediately upon receipt and while packing the returned item for future reference/complaint evidence.

2. Return costs

  • If the goods are defective, wrong product delivered, or the product inside is dented (not including the packaging), Authorized logistics partner (EMS) will bear the return cost.

3. Refund

  • If the goods have software errors or hardware distortions not caused by the customer, Authorized logistics partner (EMS) will refund within 07 days from the date of confirmation between the two parties.
  • Credit Card: 10 -15 banking days
  • Debit Card: 45 banking days
  • e-Wallet: 3 days
